This is the most crooked bunch of people ive ever dealt with. Got tires from there. Tried to see what they were putting on but they made me go wait somewhere else before they put the tires on. When I got a chance to look at them they had almost no tread then wouldn't even talk about or look at the crappy tires. Don't waste your time or money. Worst part about it is that some people probably think they're getting decent tires from them. They could be driving down the road and have one blow. VERY DANGEROUS. I hope someone puts them out of business.

I purchased a tire here after I had a blowout on the front right (starboard) passenger side and I assumed the tire was in good condition and new. I was not told otherwise by the uncaring staff. These are general assumptions that people make when they go to a tire and auto repair shop. That’s not true with this business because I got another construction nail on the left (port) side with required replacement. Jiffy Lube on Meijer Way showed me the tire was dry, rotted, and getting ready to bust. I will never return to this place again.

Replaced my tire, they had to take out my valve stem to do so, BUT when they installed BACK on my valve stem…. that has a tire pressure monitor on it, It was leaking (don’t know how or why) and they didn’t have a replacement valve stem on hand to stop the leak and install back on my tire pressure monitor sensor. (Which will cost me more money) now I gotta drive around with my tire pressure monitor light ON my dash till I get it replaced somewhere else. They installed a rubber valve stem on it as a temporary replacement.. And they didn’t even try to give me a discount due to the fact I have to go somewhere else to get the valve stem replaced!!! Other than that. The used tire they gave me was in good condition. Even had another tire shop down the street warned me about how shady they was, before I went to them… but it was cheaper. 🤦‍♂️ guess I ended up paying more by trying to save money with these fools.

I got two tires and the guy was friendly and fast. Plus a got a 30 day warranty!! I recommend this place! Great price 👍🏽

DON'T WALK AWAY, RUN! On Monday 4/10/2023 at approximately 9 AM I arrived at Eastland Tire and Wheel located at 821 E Loudon Ave, Lexington, KY. A manager came out to the parking lot and met me, I told him I was looking for a set of 4 used tires for my 2016 F250. Another employee looked at the truck tire placard inside the truck door and went inside to look at the inventory. The first manager then came out with (1) 275/65R18 tire Load Rate E in very good condition with about 80% tread life and quoted me a price of $450 for a quantity of 4. Judging by the condition of the tire presented I agreed to the price and gave him the keys to the truck. I worked on my laptop in the waiting area while they removed my tires and installed the used tires. Approximately 45 minutes later after they installed the tires, I inspected the vehicle and discovered they had installed the 1 tire I was shown originally and 3 other tires of different manufactures, different load rating, much less tread remaining, and in much worse condition overall. One tire had an 8-inch-long gouge out of the upper sidewall rubber into the tread exposing the steel belts making it potentially unsafe to drive. Two of the four
